Dr. Siddharth Jain has experience in Nephrology practice for more than 10 years, He has vast experience in Clinical Nephrology, Haemodialysis, Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD), Kidney Transplants, Critical Care Medicine, CAVH, CAVHD & IPD, and Hypertension. He has technical skills pertaining to the procedures of Peritoneal Dialysis, Haemodialysis, Haemoperfusion, Plasmapheresis, and Kidney Biopsy and perm cath. He is proficient in the management of nephrological problems in adults as well as children. Dr. Siddharth Jain has done more than 20,000 Haemodialysis in Surat. He has done more than 500 renal biopsies.

Dr. Siddhath Jain is a senior consultant nephrologist & transplant physician in surat, since 2012 and has been extending his excellent service in the field of Nephrology. After completing the MBBS and MD degrees, Dr. Jain completed the DM Nephrology Superspeciality degree from IKDRC, Ahmedabad, a high-volume tertiary care hospital. He is attach to Jiomax Multi-Super Speciality Hospital, Surat. He has exemplary experience in Live, Related and Cadaver Donor Renal Transplantation, as well as post-transplant care.
CAREER
Dr. Jain excelled at academics right from his early school days and begged innumerable certificates, medals, and scholarships for regularly finishing amongst the toppers at almost every examination. He has got a gold medal in 12th Std. He did his undergraduate and postgraduate medical education from B J Medical college and N H L Medical College – V.S Hospital, Ahmedabad, respectively. Subsequently, he did his DM (Nephrology) from IKDRC-ITS, B.J Medical college, Ahmedabad.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
He has established and is in charge of the Dialysis unit at Unique, Unity, Greenleaf, Tristar and P.P.Savani Hospital in Surat as well a Sadhana Kutir in Kim and Government Hospital at Daman. He has got more than 15 publications in various national and International Journals. He conducts CME for physicians and family physicians regularly in South Gujarat. He has been working with NGOs like Manav Sahay Seva Trust and has conducted many Kidney awareness programs for the general public.
